The celebration begins at 11am, following the Adopt-A-Block neighborhood cleanup, and will include a variety of activities for people of all ages. Expect face painting, paper making, educational booths and an Eco-raffle! If you have a talent, if you've written a poem, if you're in a band, or if you just want to tell the city how you feel about Earth Day, sign-up for our Open Mic! Performances must have an Earth Day theme, and an adult must sponsor groups or individuals under 18. If interested, call or email us at the address below with the subject "Earth Day Open Mic". Food will be provided for Adopt-A-Block volunteers free of charge. Food vendors will be on site as well. If you're interested in volunteering for the morning Adopt-A-Block Event, send us an email and we'll get you signed up!
