It was a beautiful sunny day in the Park!!! Earth Day at Veterans Park in Manchester hosted by The SCA NH and Manchester City Parksthanks everyone ---see you next year (check out the photos) RAIN DATE - RAIN DATE - RAIN DATE April showers may bring May flowers but they don't make for the funnest day in The Park. Let's try next week for all the presentations, games, and fun!!! SAVE THE DATE: Saturday April 24, 2010 from 10:00 am to 2:oo pm :pack yourself a picnic lunch! Spend some time under the big tent to check out all the hard work of the Manchester school kids' with their service learning projects (SLP)! The Americorps member of SCA NH have been providing fun, safe, and educational environmental programs in the public schools. Every team finishes the program with an amazing hands-on project with the youth of Manchester. There are gardens, murals and more.
